Kyle J. Glover Named Pierce Atwood Technology Transactions Practice Leader

Pierce Atwood is pleased to announce that firm partner Kyle Glover has been named leader of the firm’s Technology Transactions & Outsourcing practice.

Kyle regularly assists clients with negotiating complex contracts involving technology, data, and outsourced services, including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings and offerings under other software service models, data licensing, technology licensing, consulting and professional services, call center operations, marketing services, business process outsourcing, and more. In each case, Kyle provides expert guidance, counsel, and advocacy on all aspects of contracting, including compliance with privacy and other legal requirements, contract structure and drafting, strategy, and negotiation.

In addition to his successful legal practice, Kyle regularly teaches on negotiation. He is a member of the faculty at Georgetown Law, where he teaches a course on multiparty negotiation, group decision making, and teams, and is a past Lecturer on Law on negotiation at Harvard Law School and past faculty member of the Harvard Negotiation Institute.

Kyle graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, and received a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Falmouth Memorial Library and a member of the Harvard Mediation Program Advisory Board.
