Travel Ban Blocked by Fourth Circuit

The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit affirmed in substantial part the nationwide TRO issued against Section 2(c) of the March 6 Executive Order by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland on Establishment Clause grounds, castigating the March 6 Executive Order as “text [that] speaks with vague words of national security, but in context drips with religious intolerance, animus, and discrimination” (International Refugee Assistance Project v. Trump). For a more detailed discussion of the travel ban, visit Business Immigration Under the Trump Administration.
