Pierce Atwood Represented Connecticut Energy Cooperative in Natural Gas-Fired Plant Acquisition

Hull Street Energy announced that it has agreed to acquire the AL Pierce Generation facility from firm client Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative. The natural gas-fired facility provides 84 MW of flexible, fast start dual-fueled power generation capacity to the New England region.
