Olga Goldberg Presenter at 2024 ABA-IPT Advanced Tax Seminars: Ethics in Modern Tax Practice

Pierce Atwood tax partner Olga J. Goldberg will join a panel discussion focusing on the practical implications of modern tax practice in the digital age, highlighting updates to the ABA Rules of Professional Conduct, ABA Formal Opinions, and applicable state ethics rules and opinions relating to remote work and use of developing digital technologies. Attendees will also be presented with ethical dilemmas where they’ll have the opportunity to incorporate ethical considerations with the practical application of a changing and increasingly digital environment.
