Kyle Glover on MCLE Faculty: Negotiating & Drafting Key Issues in Technology Services Agreements
Pierce Atwood partner Kyle J. Glover will participate in this Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program covering best practices for drafting and negotiating Technology Services Agreements, with a special emphasis on key issues such as privacy, data security, and analytics.
The faculty will provide real-world examples to help attendees gain a deeper understanding of the remote technical services landscape in which we do business, and create legal agreements with a focus on three high-risk areas: financial services, education, and health care.

Kyle Glover specializes in contract negotiation, with a focus on contracts involving technology, software, or data. He is also a frequent presenter on the subjects of negotiation and conflict resolution, and is a member of the faculty of the Harvard Negotiation Institute, where he co-teaches a weeklong course on negotiation to mid-career professionals.
