Jamie Baker Presented Virtual Workshop at UNH ECenter: Legal Basics – Starting Your Own Company

Hosted by the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul Entrepreneurship Center (ECenter), Pierce Atwood partner Jamie presented a program outlining the legal essentials for those who would like to launch a company.

Jamie discussed topics including incorporations, patents, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and more. 

Jamie also provides individual consulting to some of UNH student and alumni companies. Pierce Atwood is pleased to be the sponsor of the ECenter’s Summer Seed Grant Program.
 
Jamie Baker serves as general corporate counsel for emerging, later-stage, and publicly-traded companies throughout their life cycle.
