Pierce Atwood commercial real estate partner Christopher J. Currier has more than 25 years of experience in commercial lending, real estate, and business law. Chris advises lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial loan transactions, as well as workouts, foreclosures, and restructurings. Chris also has a great deal of experience working out problem commercial loans of all types (including but not limited to construction loans) for numerous lenders, including preparing and negotiating forbearance agreements, foreclosure of personal property and real estate, and more.

Pierce Atwood commercial real estate partner Peter Gelzinis has extensive experience advising and counseling clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, financing, joint venture, leasing, and development of different types of commercial properties, including office, industrial, mixed use, multifamily, hotel, and retail properties. Peter regularly negotiates purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and loan documents, performs all aspects of due diligence, and manages the transaction through closing.
