Tara joined Pierce Atwood as the Director of Human Resources in 2006. She has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources in positions with progressive levels of responsibility. Prior to joining the firm she was the Human Resources Director at CONTECH and Human Resources Manager at Martin's Point Health Care. Tara was also a Senior Human Resources Generalist at The Capital Group Companies in Los Angeles, California.
