Kevin is a member of the Banking and Financial Services, Business, and Energy Practice Groups at Pierce Atwood LLP. Kevin has over 20 years of experience representing financial institutions in corporate M&A and investment transactions, regulatory investigatory and enforcement proceedings and commercial litigation. Previously, Kevin was a staff attorney at the Federal Reserve Board and a law clerk at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Kevin also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York. While at the Federal Reserve Board, Kevin participated in the briefing and argument of numerous cases in the federal courts, including Securities Industry Associations v. Board of Governors (“Bank America/Schwab”) in the U.S. Supreme Court.
Kevin is included in The Best Lawyers in America, New England Superlawyers and Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business in the area of Banking Law.
Kevin is a frequent contributor of articles on topics of banking regulation for Banker and Tradesman and the American Banker.
He authored "Business Law Section Endorses House Bill No. 1000 - A Bill to Update the Corporation Law References in the Massachusetts Banking Laws," Boston Bar Association Business Law Section Newsletter, Spring 2010, Volume 3.
Kevin is co-chair of the Banking and Financial Services Law Committee of the Business Law Section of the Boston Bar Association and a member of the Bank Regulatory Reform Task Force of the Banking Law Committee of the American Bar Association.
Kevin is Adjunct Professor of Mergers & Acquisitions law at Boston University Law School's Morin Center of Banking and Financial Law.
Kevin is proficient in Spanish and has received training in Turkish and Arabic.


Kevin received a B.S.F.S. in International Economic Affairs and Spanish from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. He received his J.D. from
