Experience

Rob joined Pierce Atwood in 2005 and is a member of the State and Local Tax practice group.  Rob has worked on complex state income and sales and use tax matters in Maine and Massachusetts, involving a variety of issues including nexus, apportionment and applicability of particular exemptions.  His experience includes providing tax advice on transactions as well as handling administrative appeals and litigation in state court.
