John Lerner works in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group on a wide variety of commercial acquisitions, dispositions and developments, leasing, and financing transactions. Prior to joining Pierce Atwood John was an associate at a law firm in Providence, Rhode Island.

During law school, John clerked for the Honorable William P. Robinson III of Rhode Island Supreme Court and the Honorable William E. Smith of the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
