Christopher A. Baxter

Christopher Baxter, a registered patent attorney, focuses his practice on advising educational institutions, startup and established companies, and individuals on a wide range of patent issues. He has drafted and successfully prosecuted to issuance numerous patent applications, both domestic and foreign, for chemical, life science, mechanical, and software technologies.

Chris also has experience in intellectual property enforcement and technology licensing, as well as intellectual property counseling and due diligence with respect to corporate endeavors.

Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Chris was a staff attorney in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.
