• Prepare and negotiate software development and hosting services agreements for fast growing technology start up
• Advise prominent designer of consumer goods in connection with copyright, trade dress and rights of publicity
• Clear, prosecute and enforce domestic and international trademark portfolios for companies in the technology, consumer product, clothing/footwear, design and personal care industries
• Advise clients to mitigate risks associated with cloud-based technology services 
• Develop and implement social networking policies and procedures relating to cutting edge use of Facebook®, Youtube®, Twitter® and Flickr®
