Molly works with individual clients and families to help them plan for complicated personal transitions, which can occur at marriage, birth of a child, transfer of a business, death, or through gifting to family members or charitable organizations. Her practice involves estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, prenuptial agreements, guardianships and conservatorships, and the tax planning related to all of these areas. Molly's particular focus is to assist clients with planning the legacy they leave behind for their families and for other institutions that are important to them, such as charitable organizations or family businesses.

Molly works with individuals, families, entrepreneurs, executives, retirees, widows and widowers assisting them with estate planning and related needs. She creates estate plans for people with a variety of different needs and goals, including gift tax leveraging through Qualified Personal Residence Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, and Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts. She also assists clients with the transfer of vacation homes through trusts or limited liability companies or with the estate planning aspects of partial or complete transfer of a business. Molly works closely with financial planners and other professional advisors to develop comprehensive plans to meet her clients' needs.
