Kevin’s intellectual property practice concentrates primarily on trademarks. He advises clients on domestic and international trademark law and assists clients with trademark clearance, maintenance, and enforcement.
Kevin’s practice also includes intellectual property licensing. In this area, Kevin concentrates primarily on brand and product licensing, software licensing, and technology licensing.
Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Kevin clerked for Justice Jon D. Levy of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.
