Jack brings a lifetime of practical experience in advising on corporate matters from governance to transactions and leading family enterprises through successful transitions. He also helps clients navigate through governmental agencies. Jack has a broad corporate practice that includes advising banks, professional individual and associations, family and closely held business on formation, regulatory matters, business succession and management relationship issues. His many years of experience in governmental relations and administrative law enable him to assist clients in dealing with state agencies in order to solve their problems affecting their businesses and as such makes him a valuable resource within the firm. Prior to becoming a partner at Pierce Atwood LLP, Jack was founding partner of the Hampton law firm of Sanders and McDermott.
