Gayle Ehrlich provides business counsel in the areas of litigation, commercial law and restructuring in matters throughout the United States. Gayle often represents clients involved in financially distressed situations, representing creditors, debtors, sellers or buyers of businesses. She enjoys a varied practice, concentrating on providing clients with sensible, solution-based counseling. Chambers has commended Gayle, stating that she has a "complete grasp of the convoluted details of bankruptcy law; she has a great deal of experience and, more importantly, she thinks like a business person."

Gayle served as law clerk to the Honorable Harold Lavien, U.S. Bankruptcy Court (1985-1987). She was the corporate secretary and a member of the Executive Committee of the International Turnaround Management Association from 2006-2008, rejoining the Executive Committee for 2010. She currently co-chairs the Awards Committee.
