Emily is a member of the firm's Business Practice Group, where her practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions. Emily has significant experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions and in representing financial institutions in a range of transactional and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Pierce Atwood in 2011, Emily was an associate with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in Washington, DC.
