Donna is a member of our Trusts & Estates Practice Group in both the Boston and Portland offices. Her practice includes all areas of estate and trust administration and estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, with particular emphasis on leveraged gifting techniques and other wealth transfer tax planning strategies involving trusts and limited liability companies. Donna's practice also includes domestic asset protection planning; and drafting and advising clients on prenuptial agreements.
