Michelle Y. Bush


As a member of the Employment and Litigation Practice Groups, Michelle has worked extensively on matters in federal and state court as well as before the Maine Human Rights Commission.

Michelle's practice focuses on representing employers concerning discrimination, retaliation, immigration, and unionized labor relations issues. Michelle also has experience in a variety of commercial litigation matters.

During law school, Michelle was a member of the Boston University Law Review and a legal writing fellow. Michelle also interned in the legal office at the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Prior to attending law school, Michelle taught U.S. History to 8th grade students for several years.
