Liam J. Paskvan


Liam’s practice focuses on state and federal energy litigation, as well as transactional matters.  He represents natural gas companies, electric transmission and distribution utilities, and retail electric suppliers before the Maine Public Utilities Commission in a range of proceedings regarding rate recovery and design, cost of gas reconciliations, transmission planning, and many other issues.  Before the FERC, Liam assists both public utilities and energy traders maintain compliance with FERC regulations.  In all matters, Liam works diligently to understand his clients’ objectives and to implement sound legal strategies that best achieve those goals.

In 2015, Liam was recognized by the Katahdin Counsel Recognition Program for his commitment to community service.
