Anne is a paralegal in the Immigration Practice Group. She has extensive experience working with clients in the preparation and filing of H-1B, L-1, and TN applications, as well as with employment- and family-based immigrant petitions, adjustment applications, and naturalization applications. She prepares and submits applications for employment authorization and advance parole. She also works with clients whose business needs require cross-border assignments or international business travel. Anne conducts prevailing wage research and assists clients with labor condition and PERM compliance instructions, as well as labor condition applications and labor certification applications under PERM.
