Pierce Atwood is proud to announce that four new associates have joined its offices in Portland, Portsmouth and Boston. All four have returned to Pierce Atwood after serving as summer associates.
Richard (Zeke) P. Davisson II has joined the firm’s Boston office practicing in the Business Group. Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Zeke served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kermit V. Lipez of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Zeke has a political background having worked as a Maine field organizer during the 2008 campaign and as an intern for Congressman Michael Michaud. He was a summer associate at Pierce Atwood in 2011.
Zeke earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his B.A. from Middlebury College.
John M. Formella has joined the firm’s Portsmouth office practicing in both the Business and Environmental & Land Use groups. Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, John served as a judicial intern for United States District Court Judge Virginia M. Hernandez Covington of the Middle District of Florida and as a legislative intern. He was a summer associate at Pierce Atwood in 2011.
John earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School, with honors, where he was a Thurgood Marshall Scholar and a member of the school’s International Law Review. He received his M.S. and B.A. (magna cum laude) from Florida State University.
Kyle Glover has joined the firm’s Portland office, practicing in the Intellectual Property and Technology Group. Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Kyle served as law clerk for the Hon. Jon O. Newman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and for the Hon. F. Dennis Saylor IV of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. In addition to his interests in intellectual property and technology, Kyle has worked as a facilitator and written and taught on the subjects of negotiation and conflict resolution. Kyle was a summer associate at Pierce Atwood in 2009.
Kyle earned his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, his M.A. from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and his B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago.
Alice H. Wang has joined the firm’s Boston office practicing in the Litigation Group. Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Alice served as a judicial extern in the Pro Se department for the Northern District of California. She was also a Summer Honors Law program intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a summer associate at Pierce Atwood in 2011. Before attending law school, Alice worked as an economic and financial consultant for a leading global consulting firm and a research, consulting, and advisory firm focused on higher education.
Alice earned her J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law where she was a member of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly and the Moot Court team. She also received the CALI and Witkin Awards for highest grade in legal writing and research, Trial Advocacy, and Community Economic Development. She earned her M.A. in Economics from Boston University and a B.A. from Wellesley College.
