Possible Republican lawsuit over Solyndra
Pierce Atwood LLP partner, Bill Hewitt, was quoted in the January 2nd edition of Platts' Electric Utility Week (see page 22). Bill commented on his interpretation of the Repayment section of the Energy Policy Act that Congress is now debating in relation to the Solyndra loan.
